Certified Fall Protection Installation and Supervision

As our team of experienced technicians installs the newly designed fall protection system, our supervisors will see to it that the system is properly set up and certified.

If your company will be providing the installation crew, one of our expert supervisors will oversee the project and perform an inspection to ensure that the system meets all OSHA regulations.

Once installation is completed, an EFP supervisor will then provide training on how to properly use and maintain the equipment and provide your company with an installation certification.

Rigid and Horizontal Lifeline Installation Requirements

Horizontal Lifeline Installation requires a certified and experienced engineering to calculate stress loads and deflection on anchor points should a fall occur. Other work area calculations need to be considered like fall distance, swing fall and other hazards that maybe a hazard in a fall. All anchor points must be installed with proper connecting hardware designed for each system. Any weld on anchors also need to be welded by a certified welder. Load and deflection are determined by many factors including number of users, tension of the cable and length of the span. Fall Protection Installation requires technicians with knowledge of each specific system as well as understanding of the structures they are mounting to.
